Easehoms operates the Easehoms website, mobile app, marketplace tools, and related services (together, the "Services"). These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you use the Services as a visitor, tenant, landlord, buyer, agent, host, or other user.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. You should also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

1. Eligibility and account use

You must use the Services only if you can form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. When you create an account or submit information, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details and to keep them updated when they change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, for activity carried out through your account, and for notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

2. What the Services cover

Easehoms may support browsing listings, posting or managing properties, saving favourites, sending enquiries, messaging other users, scheduling visits, receiving updates, handling payments or billing-related flows, and using future features we may launch later.

Some features may be in testing or may not be available in every location. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the Services or respond to business, legal, or safety needs.

3. User content and information

If you submit listings, messages, photos, videos, documents, reviews, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights or break any law. You grant Easehoms a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the Services.

We may use submitted information to respond to requests, support marketplace activity, improve the platform, and keep the Services secure. We may remove content that appears unlawful, misleading, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms or our policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site performance, upload malware, scrape data in a harmful way, misrepresent yourself, or use the Services to deceive tenants, landlords, partners, or the Easehoms team.

You must not submit abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal content, and you must not use the Services to violate privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, anti-spam, or other laws.

5. Payments, third parties, and availability

If a feature involves payments, payouts, subscriptions, or billing, you agree to follow the extra terms of the relevant payment provider or platform. We may work with third-party services for hosting, messaging, analytics, maps, verification, and app distribution. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

The Services are provided on an evolving basis. Availability, launch dates, support options, and promotional offers can change without prior notice unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The Easehoms name, logo, interface, design, software, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. No guarantees

We work to make the Services useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that listings will be accurate, that every message will be answered, that results will meet your expectations, or that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Any information shown on the website or in the app is for general product, support, or marketplace purposes only and should not be treated as legal, financial, investment, or professional advice.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the Services in a way that we reasonably consider harmful. Where appropriate, we may also remove content or disable features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Easehoms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, reliance on user content, or actions of third parties.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services or the law. If we make material changes, we may post a notice or otherwise alert you. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version where permitted by law.
